Two weeks and counting...

My lurgy turned grim, made my asthma really bad and I'm still not fighting fit yet.

15 days without a run now πŸ˜•

I know I'll get back to it OK as I managed fine after the 5 week hip related break in the summer but I miss it 😒

Have hardly even looked on here because of jealousy!!!

Anyway enough whinging and happy running to everyone who is!

Oh bless, I know how that feels, just coming back after 2 months because of my shoulder. I hope your asthma behaves itself and you can get out there soon. If it's any consolation I felt that once I got back into it I felt like a stronger runner and if anything more relaxed as I will try and do anything not to be out again. Take care of yourself and happy healing.

You could spend the time checking out new running routes or do some online shopping. (Did I just type that? Sorry.)

There has been online shopping but not running related sadly as I can't justify getting any more kit!!

I am with you, just had 3 weeks off due to a knee problem, tried a very short run yesterday and nearly died. Oh well, back to the beginning........

Aww I feel your pain, I've not managed a run in two weeks either due to a nasty cold causing my asthma to kick off too, managed 20 minutes brisk walking on the treadmill today so things are starting to look up. Hope you're feeling better soon x
