Hello. I had to do my third wewk 4 run on Monday of this week as I was so busy last week. Worried it might have put me back a bit. Going to do week 5 run 1 tonight. Scared. Also scared I won't be able to do it because I am over weight. Any tips and advice welcome. Thanks

Take it at your pace. If you struggle then slow-down. Try to focus on other things, rather than counting down the clock. Enjoy your surroundings, think about the smug post you will put on here when you are done, remember why you are doing this.
A good distraction if you are finding it tough (especially when you do the longer runs) is to focus on a point in the distance you can see - be it a gate, junction, postbox, shop, etc. then focus on running to that point. When you get there, pick another. It helps to break it down.
Drink plenty of water today and enjoy the challenge - it is worth it!

Okay, I have no advice on treadmill distractions, I'm afraid.
But - only when you are ready - have a go outside
I went outside tonight.....I did my week 5 run 2. So so so so much easier outside. I can't believe it did it. How will I manage the twenty mins tho ha
