This is another chapter of my running journey. C25K has helped me to realise my fitness potential. I am positive about the future and enjoying the changes in my physical appearance and attitude. Along the way I am meeting like minded people who spur me on to achieve my goals and to sail over each obstacle. Thanks Steve im biting the bullet and joining the local running club next week after chatting to a few members today. Reckon they will help me with training and future goals
