Fantastic, that's how I feel after finishing my first ever Parkrun (Northwich) there was lots of friendly people and lots of encouragement along the way. More hills than am used to but manage ok. This was only my 3rd run after completing C25K and even being passed by OAP's, people pushing Prams and runners with dogs I still loved it. And I wasn't last......I know surprised me as well!!

Life after C25K, you got to love it!!!

Glad you enjoyed your first parkrun SteHarr65, I enjoyed reading your report about it being your 3rd 🏃 after graduating from C25K.

Well done and you just might find Parkruns become as addictive as C25K ! I base my running week around the Parkrun and its one of my better habits ! The Northwich one looks great and wishing you many more fantastic Parkruns.

Well done getting out and on a parkrun... I find the whole thing very uplifting. That’s you hooked then?! 49 to go to a lovely red shirt!

Red T-shirt?? Obviously earned after completing 50, I didn't know that. This time next year then. Thanks

Yeah... 50, 100, 250 and I think 500 give you a free running shirt (you just pay postage!)

Oh and 25 times out as a volunteer. Tail walking gets you a credit in each column too!

Well done, you did great! 👏, welcome to the parkrun family, and possibly addiction......😂......yep, now you have the milestone t-shirts in your sights.....got to get those......I am convinced parkrun is the best invention EVER! The best way to spend a Saturday morning - there’s often cake too, you know......(people celebrating milestone runs....🍰) what’s not to like...
