Park Run PB: 6th park run today a week after... - Couch to 5K
Park Run PB

Super job Piglet... congratulations on that PB you worked hard for it.

Like the way, you say 'shuffle' wonder if that is jogging or plodding but probably not running in the sense that running is considered as sub 30 minutes or sub 60 minutes for a 5K or a 10K run respectively, a belated congratulations for graduating last week and achieving a PB at this mornings park run.
It is just unofficial Languid_Lil regarding running, jogging and plodding, once anyone is in a running mode, irrelevant to what speed it is, then they are running, that is why some people report that they were running πand were overtaken by some person walkingπΆ their dogπ

Well done on graduating!
Are you planning on staying on week 9 runs?

Well done you! Congratulations! PBs are such fun! Enjoy the after glow!π

Fabulous! π
