Bit of a delay in writing this but been travelling back from Scotland and coping with the dreaded first day back in work but im happy to say that i ran and completed my first ever 10k run, took part in the baxters 10k in inverness last sunday with my sister, brother and 2 of my nieces and i have evidence in the shape of a virtual finishers certificate and if i can figure out how to post a photo it will be a miracle so here goes.....
