It actually feels good to do one long run and not to have to stop. Well, that's my slant on things!

Most of us here had the same question but we got through it! You will be absolutely fine as the programme has built you up to do it. Your body and your head are ready. Slow and steady and just think of how great you'll feel afterwards!

I much prefer the straight runs instead of keep stopping, you will do fine. It's easier than 20 minutes sounds. ;-) good luck, go smash it ;-)

You'll be fine just take it steady. It builds you up over the weeks and then you'll be running 30 mins

Cos it's character building and it works. Don't panic.

Don't be scared of it. It is do-able as many on here can testify! Just take it really steady and slow down even more if you need to. Speed and distance don't matter, it's all about the keeping going. Go and enjoy!

X ;-)

As everyone else says, just take it slowly...if it gets hard, just slow your pace a bit. I did it yesterday and felt apprehensive before I set off and then realised I had run for 16 mins on Wednesday but with a bit of a break so physically I was ready. It is just persuading your mind you can do it - and you can :0)

I know it's bit scary, but you can do it. If you've completed W5R2 then you can already run for 16 minutes with a break inbetween, this is just the next step. It's not as big a jump as it seems.

Keep the pace nice and slow and listen to Laura. You'll be fine :-)

Absolutely agree with the guys - it's all about completing the time, no need to worry about speed or distance. It feels so good once you've done it!

Good luck :)

A leap of faith, it has to be done sometime and if you have got this far then you'll be able to do it, just believe and trust the program.

It looks like a big jump but trust me, you are ready.

The programme has built you up to ensure you are capable. You will do this!!!!

Wow!

Thanks for the encouragement. Looking forward to it now for the challenge.

Couldn't do 60 seconds at the start.
