Today I completed week 9 run 2. Whew!!!! This was a tough one. This week at work has been insane and so I started out more tired than usual. That said, I beat the gremlins and finished my 30 minutes. I think what will keep me running is the feeling of having accomplished my goals and also the pleasure of being outside. When other aspects of your life spin out of control, it's nice to have the running where you can say "I will do this" and go out and do it. Ha! I'm also proud to say that I kept running today even when my mother called (she called again while I was in the shower). Too funny!
Ha! The saga of the flipped photo continues.

Beautiful photo even if it is flipped. Well done for getting the shoes on and getting out- funny isn't it how quickly going for a run has become one thing you really don't want to have to miss out on!
Well done, it'll feel great, I'm going out again tomorrow, 2 post grad run and as last time, not putting any pressure on myself, own music and a route I know I can add more too, or shorten if struggling...I managed 23 mins last time but was getting a headache so bailed...need to drink more water!
Good luck with tomorrow's run, I shall look out for your post 😃
Well done RFB! not far now, if your not at 5k yet, then that's the next goal..
You being in US your a long way away, but not upside down in Aus!😁 lol, is this from your iphone? Think they have this small niggle, something to do with EXIF, you can correct the orientation of all your photos in Picasa and video in QuickTime I believe..
Thank you! Yes, the photos are from my iPhone. They are in the correct orientation everywhere else but here. You're right, 5k is the bext goal. I have signed up for a race in a little over a week. 😃
