Although recently not able to keep up with 3 x week routine (due to other things zapping my energy 😬 ) I have been making the effort to walk when can't run. It was my daughter who inspired me to start c25k and now I seem to have inspired my husband, so we are encouraging each other - even went out together in pouring rain the other day!
However I have just yesterday injured my big toe, possibly fractured, when our kitchen bench tipped over and landed with force onto big toe joint - excruciating pain!!! I was devastated. Applied ice, elevation, etc. and will do again today. Apparently no specific treatment if it is simple small fracture of toe bone, (which I think it may be due to the pain level 😣)
Anyway will see how it goes and hope get back to the plan asap.
