So this morning the lovely mums running group went 6k! Smashed the mental block of 5k so totally chuffed. 6.2k in 40 mins - not too shabby... We only went over 5k as we got a bit lost ;)

It took me forever to pluck up enough courage, but it was honestly fine - and the distraction of chatting really helps on the stamina! Give it a try :)

:-) not sure I could chat and breathe! I'm working myself up to my local parkrun, I've just completed week 6 so it's continuous runs from here on in so I'm hoping once I get a few of those under my belt I won't feel like such a walley joining the "proper" runners!
