5k not parkrun in Sunday

We went out we had fun we ran faster than expected and i ran 5k

We love our new shoes then went and sat in daughters garden for an hour and brought the dog back with us aren’t we lucky?

Thanks Fabulous, I doubt I’ll ever complete 5k in 30 minutes but then our first 5k was 52 minutes and I never thought we’d get this much stronger
