W2r3 completed, on to w3 (plus strength and flex)

Another week under my belt- whoopee!

It was hard, especially r2 and r3 but i am so happy I've gotten this far. I've pretty much told all my family and friends that I am doing c25k and I'm trying to convince them to join it to since it's so rewarding. I think my mum is finally listening to me because earlier this morning she said she may be interested in doing it too!!

Now I rest until monday when i conquer w3r1 as well as incorporating strength and flex into my weekly routine.
