Tomorrow I am going to run for 28 minutes and I know I will do it. I remember how scared I felt a few weeks ago. Thinks are different now as I am slowly getting used to run 3 times a week which was a huge challenge for me. It is fascinating to see yourself changing. So glad I made this decision to follow C25K!!!!!

Good! We're glad you did too! The more the merrier.

Just keep going nice and steady and you'll soon polish off the rest of the programme. Slow is best as you don't want any injuries at this crucial time.

Enjoy yourself. It's fun isn't it!

Well done!

It's great to be able to go out knowing that you will complete something you wouldn't have attempted a little while ago! Having confidence that you can do something that many people can't is a great boost - and it continues to get better as you progress.

Keep it steady and in a fortnight you'll be done!

Happy running!

Well done! I like when you say ' I know I can do it' That is the starting point for achievement.

I just completed my week 7 run 3 and will start week8 On Monday. I am sure I can do it too despite the shin splint.
