So I've just completed W1R2. i've found a lovely place to run (search for Stephenson's Track), which I hope will keep me motivated. Currently 15st 7lb and my legs are aching but I'm determined. That's the main thing.

Great job. Your legs may be aching, but it's a reminder of a brilliant effort.

I'm glad you've found a great place to run, it's half the battle.

Well done on starting the program. The first couple runs are the hardest while your body gets used to the new routine. Stick with it and you'll be amazed at how much you progress. And post any questions, complaints and celebrations here - this community helps everyone out.

Well done for getting started this program. You will be surprised on what your body can achieve if your mind is in it. Be ready to be surprising yourself each week . Happy running.
