Thank you ! I should have said that I started the c25k programme June 2014, and am amazed to be able to run in a 10k event now, couldn't run for a Bus this time last year 😅

There were quite a few of us met up at the London Winter Run this year. We met before and after. I think some had entered as a team, although I'm not 100% sure about that . It was a brilliant day, and lovely to chat to other C25kers so I guess if someone just puts the shout out re various races, if there's a team entry there will be some takers. I would love to do this one as a team next year! x

When I completed W9R3, I was told it wasn't the end, but the beginning

I'm doing my local one which has about 600 entrants and goes through some lovely countyside. The I"ve entered a girls only 1 in Hyde Park in October - much bigger & completely different. This time a year ago if someone had told me that I would be doing this I would have told them to lay off the wine ☺
