I did not for one minute think nearly 8 (well nearly 9 as I repeated week 1) weeks ago that I would be at this point. I used to read posts from people further along the plan with a definite taste of jealously - and now it's me. I'm here.

And it will soon be you if your struggling with w2r1, stick with it! This week I have ran 3 times for 27 minutes (I was slightly short of 3k at 25 mins so I cracked on all 3 times). I can't wait to run next week for 28 minutes and try to get that 3k up a little!!

I'm already perusing apps for "what's next". I'm going to miss Laura that's for sure!

Well you can stick with Laura a little longer if you download the free C25k+ podcasts from here. 3 podcasts combined to be called Stepping Stones. Great stuff and will take your running forward to the point where you can start reaching for 10k, which is another story
