Week 4 r 1 : I did it !

Just back from my run and feeling so good as it was A LOT easier than what I was expecting. I remembered not to go too fast and the 5 mn weren't difficult at all. Many thanks again to those who have replied to my previous post. While running I was repeating their words such as"you can do it and you will do it".

C25K is also a good way for me to improve my English !

Well done! Keep plugging away slow but sure. No need for speed. Just go steady and that way you'll have puff to spare
