Had a small running break...

It did pass my mind to take my running shoes away with me .... but that feeling soon went away!! However, Google fit informed me that I had walked at least 7k each day...

So.. wish me luck for tomorrow night... first run in what's expected to be a very hot day... think an evening light jog will be in order... I'm sure that the few slightly alcoholic apple juices didn't do too much harm. :-)

Happy running everyone.

hehe.. the newly converted runner Chris Evans reported that there were people running there (assuming this is Glastonbury) - so bear that in mind if you go again.

Seriously, have a good run tomorrow - take it steady :) xx

Yes it was Glasto... Whilst I could have run around the site, the post run shower would have been a problem and I thought giving my legs a break wouldn't do too much harm bearing in mind the extra walking.

You should have taken them and go for a run with Rig! I think he mentioned he lives there :)

Hope you had a good time!

I hope you had a good time, Kanye West permitting! I heard his set was interrupted by Simon Brodkin.

I enjoyed Paloma Faith. I think she's the only one I watched the whole way through

I think there were several folks running from what I read on the Guardian running blog. Having a break is not a problem though. It will have done you good. You were walking anyway so no worries

Paloma Faith was fantastic !

Lionel Ritchie was good too, although I did notice that he kept making a noise which sounded to me like a seagull, a kind of squawk , hmmm not sure why ha ha :-)

Oh and George Ezra, aw flippin ' gorgeous ! He looks so sweet and angelic and then this really deep voice comes out of nowhere xxx
