Hi everyone, lam off to work today;(l now work part time flexible ours which, incase l have to take my wife to hospital.Anyway, l always take my running gear.l am going to tackle W7r3.l have an hours break, so l run the first half, then tuck into my lunch afterwards, making sure l have plenty to drink l get dehydrated very quickly. The guys at work are great, they are behind me,with support for agood cause. Before l leave for work l make sure my wife is okay and that she has a phone near,at all times,l love running the country lanes around where lwork it relieves any tension.

Best thing ever, to lose the stress and let the thoughts run free...:)

You are well on the way.. take it, as ever steady and slow and get to that Graduation podium injury free...( Important for you to stay healthy with your wife depending on you :))

I am just off out now...into my lanes and fields.. sunny but a bit breezy!

Enjoy your run later :)

Perfect morning for a run, Oldfloss! I am missing mine but hope to be back out in the next couple of days. Had a lovely walk around a local arboretum yesterday and was itching to run despite the heat! (Gave the legs a good workout on a couple of hills mind you!) Hope you had a lovely run.☺

Hey... you don't get off that easily.. I took you with me... we had a great time...blooming chilly though! Guess what? We did a really, really speedy,( for me) 3K, because it was across the fields and windy...21.35 mins :)

You loved it!!!

Sounds very organised but great that you are fitting in your runs - as Oldfloss says, perfect for our mental wellbeing.☺

Hope your run went well Stevy, thats Week 7 done and dusted. Week 8 next eek..😊

Sounds great being able to run in country lanes near your work, and a fitting one in during your lunch hour shows commitment.

Welk done, and good luck with Week 8.x
