W2R1 today and I had to start walking a few seconds earlier on 3 of the runs.
I am disappointed but still glad I managed more than a minute if you know what I mean?
Just have to keep trying!

It's fine, don't worry about it.
You've completed the first of the W2 runs. When you go out in a couple of days you know what it is going to be like, and will be emotionally prepared for the battle. Run a little slower if you need to.
'You can do this'.
Yeah it definitely counts. You completed all the repetitions as well, and that is really the key even more than a couple of seconds off a few of them - you kept going, so well done you!
Also, I'd be surprised if there was anyone here who didn't have that experience in the first few weeks - it's just your body adjusting to the demands of more regular exercise.
So take all the positives from what you have achieved and enjoy your grilled cheese sandwich when you have done it again on Wednesday
course it counts! sure you'll DESERVE your grilled cheese too
xxxxxx
Yes it does count. I can remember during one of the W2/W3 (can't recall which) runs doing something similar. I was worried that meant I'd never get through it. But the next run was fine, and I was pretty much ok after that.
You might need to consider your speed if you find breathing an issue, so don't be afraid to slow down.
Good luck with the rest - take it steady and you'll be fine xx
I'm still getting the hang of breathing - something I never thought I had a problem with before now hahaha
I had the slow down advice ringing through my ears after a while. I was really excited to start so probably took off a bit quick only to shoot myself in the foot later on.
Thanks 😆
It may sound a but obvious, but are you breathing in and out to a number of steps? So like breath in for two steps, out for two steps (or three or four) - the number is whatever is comfortable, its the regular nature that should help.
