You might be able to run around a room at the start. I think you’ll find after a while that you’ll want to go out but give it a go!
Hey hun, how old are ur other 2? I’m also a single mum but doing this when my kids (2&4) are in nursery. Is that an option? U could always pop ur baby into the pram and run? Check for local jogger baby groups too? Just figure out a way that works for u and ur kids. Good luck 😘
Could you run with the push chair or are your other 2 children too young to run beside you in a park say? Are any of your friends/neighbours interested in joining you so you could take turns looking after children while other runs?

Running on the spot will begin to build your cardio fitness and to a degree your musculature, but is not really a substitute for
a proper running action.
The other's suggestions about how to make this work for you all make sense and if you find you can, then nothing will beat getting outdoors to run.

That video actually demonstrates quite nicely the difference of running on the spot and actually moving.
I think the worst thing is you'll get bored running on the spot (or up and down your hall) as the runs get longer.
But to improve cardio fitness repeating run 1 week 1 would certainly give you some benefits.
There was running on the spot in the aerobic video I did on Thursday !
