Completed my first 5k "race" on Sunday. I'm finding that since finishing the programme I am missing the structure and I am finding it hard to motivate myself! Signed up to a 10k today at the end of October in the hope that a new challenge will motivate me! I do love running. I'm not sure where this lack of enthusiasm is coming from. I think I am putting too much pressure on myself to go fast instead of just enjoying running! Also, summer runs are hard!
Moan over. Hauling myself off the sofa for a run now. Hoping that my enthusiasm returns soon!

A lot of graduates miss the structure of the programme but don't put too much pressure on yourself. Just run and enjoy the fact that you can for a while.
For your race you might want to consider doing an Asics plan which lots of people rate highly. Or, you could do your own thing. One fast or speed run, one hill run and one longer run each week will still get you to your goal of the 10K. The big thing to remember is not to increase your TOTAL weekly mileage by more than 10% but you have plenty of time until October so you'll probably hit the 10K mark earlier.
Another suggestion is to redo the programme but running in the walking sections and running faster in the running sections. This way you'll still have Laura!
I did find a strange time after graduating , what to do ? so much info and choice out there ... but enjoying running is the key it shouldn't be a trial , I know we do push ourselves which is only natural ...
take some time to just enjoy running, try some different things see what works or you like
