Hello! I've completed the programme and can now run solidly for over 30 mins (close to 40 now- hurrah!). My distance is just under 5k though, so does that count? I did race for life yesterday, it was an amazing emotional experience, done in 40 something mins. My map my run app didn't work and the timer said 51.07 but when I went through the start I was wayyyy back!! The picture is terrible lol, I can't inflict that on you all!! X

Yes indeed! Congratulations! Once you have completed the third 30 minute run you have graduated. Distance doesn't matter and will come with practice!

You need a nice shiny badge to celebrate👍👍😃
