Week 5 done!

It was hot and sweaty, but I did it! Week 5 took me about 2 and a half weeks to actually complete because of work commitments (and now I can't run again until Monday at the earliest!).

But! I did it. For someone who loathed PE at school and had never run for more than about 30 seconds in her life, this is massive progress.

To anybody debating whether they can do Week 5 - you definitely can!

(I hope the music stops sucking as much in Week 6...)

Well done. I have just finished week 5 also. For me it's my third time around doing thC25K (operation and the a dog bite which put me off going out for around a a year...I'm not a dog person and even more so now).

I am such a slow runner but it is good getting to this milestone
