I was so chuffed on Monday. I did 5k in 38.02 which is a pb!!
I'm doing Race for Life on Sunday 5k so really looking forward to this. I'm sure it'll be a fab atmosphere.
I'm just about to do my long run for the week in preparation for the City of Manchester 10k training (12th July). Was looking forward to getting out there this morning but it's just started to rain. Oh well, hopefully it'll help keep me cool.
I'm really enjoying my running again after a period of illness.

I've made some fruity breakfast muffins from The Running Bug website & I've also made some home made granola. Yum yum.
