I haven't run since leaving school over 30 years ago but loving this Couch to 5K. Can't believe I am actually running for so long. Just about to complete final run of week 6 and has been plain sailing really. Live in the country and enjoying finding nice footpaths to run on. Starting off using Sarah Millican as my trainer, but moved on to Jo Whiley as I gained confidence! My goal is a park run after week 10 and then Race for Life for Cancer Research next year. I've done it before, but last time I walked all the way.... this time I aim to run it.

Well done you! It makes such a difference to find an activity you enjoy and you sound more than ready for week 7. I'll be looking out for that park run post! Good stuff

Go you!!
You seem to be really enjoying it. Keep running and keep smiling and I'm sure you'll tech your goal. I started C25K last year and will be running my first Race for Life 10k in three weeks. π
