Week2run2 under the belt

Yesterday I went and did an hours Zumba class...and thought as I was slightly behind on my runs (mad busy week) I would go and do my second run...muscles warm etc...

Wasn't holding out much hope as it had been a hard class...and I admit to stopping early on run4 by about 10 seconds...but I did it...

Run 3 will be either tomorrow or tues dependant on work and timings...but I'm getting there......
