Week 8 done and tomorrow I start on my final week. I'm still on track for race for life to be my graduation run. Yesterday I kept going and did 35 minutes solid
I'm still just under 3 miles though but I know speed will come with time. So bring on week 9 and graduation!!

Race for Life is going to be an epic graduation run. Go you! Be prepared for an emotional day - especially if you've not experienced Race for Life before.
Thanks guys, I'm looking forward to it. When I signed up I could barely run for one minute either so it'll be a big achievement, I'll be running in memory of my Uncle Peter too, who lost his battle last November.
I might post some photographic evidence if I get a medal or momento!
