I'm about to start week 9 later this morning, the forecast is for a beautiful fresh day, so I'm going to really enjoy it; just me, Laura, my new Garmin forerunner, what better combination is there?
If all goes to plan my graduation run will be on Thursday evening

Graduation beckons....
Me too. I'm in my running stuff with Garmin forerunner ready to go out at 8.30. Fingers crossed for us both - what a journey!
I'm going out a bit later today, taking my 2 x 11 year olds to their kids park run at 0930, I'll do my run afterwards. I am loving it, a mixture of excitement and nervousness prior to each run 'can I still do it' 'will I fail this time' but Laura always gets me through.

Go for it! I promised myself a second rest day today as I am feeling quite tired following running in the sun abroad and the travel..........but I am very tempted to get out there this very lovely morning!

What a great run that was, w9 r1 completed, keen to try and hit the magic 5k for my graduation run, should be able to do it in 32 mins.
