Completed W3R3 earlier this evening. A light drizzle of rain made the run more comfortable than previous ones. Can't believe that we're already a third of the way through the programme. Having just looked at the runs for week 4, I am curious to see how we'll handle the move to 5 min runs next week...

It's a funny thing to think back a few weeks ago and where we were, and to think ahead a few weeks and where we'll be! And we're still smiling which is what it's all about.
