Glad that you're feeling better.

Tomorrow, go out for a nice, relaxed run with no expectations. Find somewhere with plenty of options for shortening or lengthening your run, but just 'see how it goes'. Don't worry about time, distance or speed, just run for the love of it, maybe without headphones and make sure that you look at your surroundings as you go.

Listen to your body, but remember that your mind/head is going to try and give up first. You are capable of much more than you think. You won't have lost much fitness in a couple of weeks, but if you only run for 20 minutes but have a lovely time and enjoy the fresh air, that's a win.

Wise wise words from MarkyD. You'll have lost very little fitness after just 2weeks off; your worst enemy will be head gremlins trying to tell you to stop. Take Marky's advice and you'll be just fine. Have fun :)
