Well done!! I have just done WK5 R3 this morning and am over the moon too. I would never have thought I could do it and have surprised myself. Couch to 5K is brilliant. Happy face day today for us both :-)

Wowzer :-) well done you! I'm due to do that run in the morning and am nervous, any tips?

Oh and the crying in a good way is brilliant we all go through a lot of emotions doing this kind of program and letting them out is so cleansing :-)

Thanks. Advice. Slow and steady, be consistent but slow down if you start to tire.

Listen to Laura, she lets you know where you are. And above all else, enjoy yourself.

All the best for your run. Let us all know how you get on
