After a month on an emotional roller coaster I have been up and down with running had a week without anything so decided to push myself. Set timer for an hour did 5 mins warm up and cool down Ran 4.8 miles so with warm up and cool down over 5 miles 😄 so pleased to be back out there have felt stir crazy bonus is mam is on sheltered flat now near to me only been a month since dad passed away but he's motivating me to do the half marathon in September. Hope you guys are all good 😆 been comfort eating so need to get yah under control as half a stone heavier 😩

Well done Dawn ! Good to hear youre more settled and things are going well with your Mam.

Running is a great stress reliever isn't it ? For a time , all your cares and worries can just melt away in a big puddle of gloop :-)

Long may it continue ! xxx
