I started C25k after having a baby to try and up my fitness and lose weight. Ive always had the fear of W5R3 but I am proud to say I completed it this morning. First 5 minutes in and i thought I am never gonna get to 20 minutes, how wrong was i ? Once I got past the 10 minute mark it got easier as I realised I was over half way. Mind over matter. I've never run or done much exercise before but i definitely have the bug, half hour every night to myself pounding the pavements is bliss
