I started C25k after having a baby to try and up my fitness and lose weight. Ive always had the fear of W5R3 but I am proud to say I completed it this morning. First 5 minutes in and i thought I am never gonna get to 20 minutes, how wrong was i ? Once I got past the 10 minute mark it got easier as I realised I was over half way. Mind over matter. I've never run or done much exercise before but i definitely have the bug, half hour every night to myself pounding the pavements is bliss

Well done, and you've definitely found the added extra for running - time away from the nearest and dearest, even though we love them to bits, is very good for our heads!

As you found out, it's only the gremlins that can stop you progressing on this programme - you've built yourself up to this point, and you will continue to succeed as long as you stick with the plan and good old Laura!
