If anyone runs for charity

Hi all i just wanted to say if anyone is looking for a charity to run for can I point you in the direction of "When you Wish Upon a Star" they have helped my daughter so much over the years, I've done my bit had a massive United tattoo on my arm (im a city fan) and just lost 5 stone in a year to run the Manchester 10K, I started on the couch25K programme and love following everybody's progress

I may be doing the Manchester Morrisons 10K with my sister next year, she lives up that way (Salford). Once she graduates and builds upto 10K that is, shes on week 3 at the moment.

Its a great run, my first time at an organized event, brilliant crowd vast array of abilities, more people walking than running haha x
