Congratulations on your graduation. Please leave your username here for me or OlsBean so we can organise your well deserved graduation badge. we will try not to leave you waiting too long as we know how great they feel when they arrive.
I would like to clarify the position of earning your graduation badge. To get your badge you will of completed the full training podcasts and be able to run for 30 min. It does NOT matter if you can not run 5km, you are a graduate after running 30 min for three times.
So it is fair to everybody please do not ask for your badge until you have completed week 9 run 3.

Hi Admins, I completed W9r3 at Newbury Parkrun this morning. It was so hot at 9am this morning, but I trotted round the course. This forum has given me such encouragement... I've never run so consistently - 3 times per week - before.
I have just finished my last week 9 run and feel like I have achieved something.
Could I be cheeky and ask for graduation badges for me and my wife Lyndy?
I started this journey trying to find someone to run with. After two failed running buddies I finally pleaded with my wife who wasn't keen. She has been an absolute star and ran with me every step of the way. I don't think I could have done it without her and she fully deserves to graduate.
Congratulations and well done. If your wife would like to register and post here with her user name, She's done the runs with you she has done the runs for herself, she deserves a badge. I can only give badges to registered names. You have a great supportive wife.
