Took the dog for company today. Can't say it was easy but i did it! Starting to enjoy my early morning run (shuffle).

Well done you! I also did w3r3 this afternoon - was quite painful on my shins and lower legs but I think that was more down to dehydration following a night out than anything else.

It was actually the hardest run i've done so far but after a stretch at the end I did feel fantastic.

Oh well done you! Not sure I could motivate myself to run after a heavy night out. I've been lucky and not ached at all despite not really exercising since I was a kid! Do you have good running shoes, maybe that will help your shins?
