Since my last posted I've been ill. Again. This time with a nasty cold.

Feeling mostly better and today is the day I will hopefully graduate. I'm only going to ParkRun to do it!

My friend has been talking me in to doing a ParkRun and today it has arrived. Wish me luck!

Very jealous, as I am currently stuck at W8 due to injury! Have a great graduation run at Parkrun and do post back to let us know how it goes. I love to read the inspiring stories on here - they make me smile and more determined than ever to get back out there!

perfect way to graduate in my book. Not only do you complete the 30 minutes required of you, but also do the 5k as well, and then celebrate with (in my case) 300 people around to watch you make a fool of yourself.

Of course if you do the 5k in less than 30 minutes that's just being a smart ass :)
