Longest run for me is 21.1km. I don't think I will be able to say that on many quests.

Well done RFC. Me neither!! I have only done the one HM

My longest run of the week was 8k. Being a poor week for me due to poorly knee.

I am due to start a new training plan for my 10 mile race in July. My current plan has one 8 km run left and then it's wrapped up. Til I can get my knee right though I can't finish it. Can't start a new one til the old one is finished. Doh

Happy questing everyone! Good luck with your new one RFC. What is it?

10k! Should go past that for the next quest too. Looking forward to it!

Really well done RFC. That's some distance.

I'm on my last recovery week so have done 1x 5K, 1x8K and due a final 8K tomorrow. Must say I'm loving getting back to the longer slower runs.

My longest run this quest was 10K.

Have a great weekend fellow questers.

Just finished my first 10k in lanzarote. But I can run outside with no dogs here. Not sure that will be possible in the UK, so probably won't be another 10k for some time. Will try to find a way :)

I'm not sure I understand how this works, but my longest run was yesterday - 29.1km

My longest run this Quest was 5.03k

Although I was flattened by the flu I am delighted to say that I easily completed my '4 hours of running or walking in May' for the Runkeeper challenge and I am back doing my morning yoga and yesterday I managed a not particularly slow for me 30 minute run. A rather nice run as it happens - the trail is newly laid so quite soft, the sun was shining and I had a planned stop in the middle to sit and watch birds for a bit.

Heehee 1.36km for me (assuming hobbles count) :D Won't be offended if they don't. ;) Not sure how long before I can actually run again (Lovely James the physio is a bit vague on the subject) but I'm recording my hobbles, because at least that way I can see if I'm making any progress xx

I'm back to 6k, which I am very please with.

I am in awe of 20+K! I'd be very happy if I ever get to 10!!!!

Happy running everyone.

May has been funny for me Been staying at daughters a lot so usual routine bit out the window One weekend it was 14 miles slow run and next 1 mile race ! Also been non stop eating . Bit annoyed with myself cos don't feel that great when eating rubbish / too much and have 1st HM on Sunday. Anyway keep saying it's only a race and time doesn't really matter So longest run is the 14 miles

Longest for me was 10k as usual. Can't imagine wanting to go further - quite happy with a mix of 5's and 10's, with a few in between!

I've failed to post quest updates for the past few weeks, mainly due to busy work and preparing to move house next week. However I have managed to keep up with my quest goals of running three times a week and strength training twice a week. My longest run has been 12.5 km. I am intending to have an easier week this coming week as I have a sore ankle - I have my foot up with an ice pack on it as I type!

Quest was a bit of a washout for me - most weeks I only managed 2 runs, rather than my planned 3. Distance didn't really happen either. longest run was 5k. BUT on the positive side I did manage to keep getting out there, so I'm happy.

I managed 6.14k, which is my longest run to date, though not as far as I hoped to reach during this quest but what with pulling a muscle in my back and a 5k event it was as large an extension as I could manage this quest.
