Hardly recognise myself!

Well after asking on Saturday for a kick up the backside to get myself back out there, I ran w4 on Sunday. Meant to go back out yesterday but for various reasons didn't make it. So I actually got up and ran round my local park at 7 this morning. I loved it! Am in shock really, it's just not 'me'! I am lucky enough to live 5 mins walk from my local park (good for warm ups!) and took it easy but I did it and it set me up nicely for the day.

To anyone who let things slide like me and wants to get back into running just set yourself a goal of doing one run. I promise you, you will be bitten by that bug again and will remember how good you feel after all those lovely endorphins come to the surface.

Onwards and upwards!
