Did a morning run today decided not to worry about distance and just plod through it. But after 2mins I was thinking about the whinging post I was going to write. After 6mins I was debating whether to stop and walk home! Another 22 mins felt impossible BUT was on a downhill route and kept going and at 10 mins felt ok at - 18 mins thought only 10 mins to go then the last 2 mins I was huffing and puffing as usual but felt much better than W8r2. This was defo a love/hate run. 3 to go can't believe it
