Week one (again!)

I tried week one at the end of last week to see what i thought and found it really exciting! I'm a bit over weight and never ran in my life so was really nervous. So repeating week one again with a view to following the plan and see where it gets me in nine weeks or so!! So week one run one done again. The first few minutes of interval jogging were hard but the last two were easier. Again feel a real sense of achivement! Doing it again thurs. Good luck fellow week oners!

The program is great, stick with it and you'll be amazed at yourself. Many of us were never athletic, but have been converted to running nuts. And it sounds like you're enjoying yourself already :)

I agree with RWD. Take one run at a time, and you'll quickly start getting a real kick out of it. It's addictive - I started in February after 28 years without any sport, and doubted I would get far... Three runs left to go now and I've never felt better.

Isn't it fab? Go super slow so you don't injure anything, and do some stretches after so you don't ache too much. Glad you're so enthused!
