I graduated last year, but as I have just been looking at my posts I realised that the last one was when I got engaged!!!
I got married 4 weeks ago so now it really is time to get back on track with this. Doing week one again as an easy way back into the program. Wish me luck!!!!

Week one, run one now done and I am still able to walk! I don't seem to have forgotten how to do this. Good luck on Thursday. Let us know how u get on.
Congratulations! Hope you had a lovely day and best wishes for the rest of your lives together.
With the running I can see you are a graduate. Not sure how long a break you have had altogether but I recently had a to take a 6 week break due to all sorts of personal issues. Even so I was still able to get out there and run for 35 minutes. It was hard but I hadn't lost as much fitness as I thought I would have. I think even those muscles have "muscle memory".
Good luck. I'm sure you're be back at 30 minute runs before you know it.
Thanks, we had a great day. I have had about 9 months off as we decide to get married as soon as possible after we got engaged so all spare time was planning, but I am taking each run as it comes and today was a really good one!
Congratulations fluffypigeon and well done to you and Missyj for coming back! I too graduated and slipped off the C25K plan as my running mate hurt her achilles then found out she was pregnant!
I've had about 6 months away so need to start at week 1 again tomorrow! Maybe we should start a group for those who 'fell off the wagon' so to speak! Keep it up and keep posting!
