Out at 6.30am this morning and W7R3 done with what felt like a bit to spare, even managed to put in a fast finish for the last 60 secs. After the disaster that was my first attempt at W7R2 this has given me huge encouragement for Week 8. Still not breaking any records, but given that I could barely run the length of meself 7 weeks ago, I am amazed at my progress. More worryingly I am actually starting to enjoy this running lark.
