Wow that was hot out there today running. I started off with good intentions of running 5k parkrun route. Started off slow and carried on slow. I struggled with the heat my poor body was sweating like crazy, my breathing was all over place. When laura butted in my hard slog run to tell me I can slow down as I've done 25 minutes. I gladly done as I was told

Thank you poppy.... Itis a nice place to run when it's not hot. I don't know how I did it. Couldn't cool down all day.
Yes, not long now, although my back is aching from cite strengthening excersises boooohooo. I am hoping it eases before Sunday or I won't be-able to run x x
Well done B - you have left me behind now (but I am not too far behind ;0) ) It was a bit too warm today wasn't it - I think I was definitely doing steam train impressions today lol!
Well done Belinda!!! I was gonna join you tonight but was so tired and its so warm I heeded Lauras rest day rule so going to have to find the time tomorrow. Don't know about you but am finding people are talking to me about pace and running stuff an after a run I can't wait to download the stats - finding that a real buzz
You did the right thing, it was just to hot yesterday
I am the same I upload garmin the minute I get home. It gives me motivation to run. I'd be lost without my watch
Well done, nearly there! It is hard to run when it's hot isn't it? It was hot and humid here yesterday too... I try and get out before 8AM, but it's still dark here now!
That pic looks lovely. 6 more runs to the badge and I think you have the toughest bit behind you. The heat makes quite a difference doesn't it but I suppose we will miss it soon when the clocks do a backward somersault and someone turns the temperature knob down.
