Wow that was hot out there today running. I started off with good intentions of running 5k parkrun route. Started off slow and carried on slow. I struggled with the heat my poor body was sweating like crazy, my breathing was all over place. When laura butted in my hard slog run to tell me I can slow down as I've done 25 minutes.
