Well, number 2 is planned for later today be I think I have a route for round the park. Just hoping that by the time 4pm comes around I'm going to be just as motivated

I've heard some people like to repeat week 1 so that they feel better, what's your advice? Repeat or just keep going?

The advice that I have seen on here and that have helped me is if you can complete a week, running when Laura tells you to and stopping when she says, then you are ready for the next week and can move on. So maybe see how you feel after W1R3. I found W1R2 really hard but then W1R3 was easier as I started to learn how to run at a nice slow and steady pace. Then W2R1 wasn't too bad (it was tough but do-able), so I was obviously ready for it even though I dreaded it. Good luck!

Movd on. The program is progressive

I should hope you're motivated! It's only run 2 ☺

As the others have said, if you've managed to to all that Laura asks of you, then you're ready to try the next week. It's always a challenge, often daunting, but the programme is designed to be manageable (not easy!). Go for it! :)
