Completed week 5 run 2 today. Feels great. Cant wait for no. 3 to do the milestone 20 minutes. I just want to check if it is normal to have achy calves after these longer runs? (I have iced them which helps)

Well done! And don't feel bad for not stopping, when I get that far nothing's going to stop me either!
Make sure your stretching your leg muscles after your runs to ensure you don't get stiff sore muscles xxx

Well done! And yes, aches are normal not just in calves. Do post run stretches to help, ice if needed, anti-inflam gel, hot baths.....I Do em all some times! Take care not to injur yourself that's the last thing you need, so if you need extra rest days, take them. Better safe than sorry, I know from experience!

I just had to post as I'm so pleased and amazed I have just finished week 5 run 3. At the beginning...
