Big up the parkrun!

Well I've just run my first full 5k on a parkrun! 😊 (graduated c25k a wk ago)They're brilliant. It's like having all the friendly motivational forum members there in the flesh! Such a nice atmosphere, and there really were all shapes and sizes there. So I fit in perfectly! Great buzz, highly recommended. If you're debating whether to or not, I say YEAH! 😁

There are walk/run people at our parkrun. In fact my mum did our parkrun as a brisk walk with some runs and came in at about 50 minutes. Check your local parkrun results for times to give you an idea.
