Am I up to W5R3...?

Somehow I managed to do W5R2 just now but it seemed a big step to go from 5 mins at a time (W5R1) to this. Can one *really* manage a whole 20 mins next time? I'm tempted to do W5R2 a couple more times first, but is the general feeling that this might be a good idea or is it all so cleverly planned that I'll be able to manage it after all...?

Trust the plan!! You are now conditioned for the 20 minute run. My advice, make sure you keep to a slow pace and get some good music. You’ll have completed it before you know it.

I thought the same as well, but I somehow managed to do it today! I could not believe that I was able to run for 20 minutes straight. Trust yourself, have a slow pace, and some good music and you'll be fine! The programme really does work!

Good luck!

The program has trained you up so that you are ready to do 20 mins running.

You can do it..

You just don't realise it yet because you haven't done it before.

Following programs like C25K helps us realise we are all stronger than we think we are. ☺️💪🏃

Trust yourself and the progress you have made so far to get you through your first consecutive run. You are right to say "it is so cleverly planned". Go for it and enjoy the amazing sense of achievement on completing it. 😊

I'm on Wk5R2 and I'm feeling good. Like you I feel like 20mins is going to be a big leap. But, after reading all the great encouraging words, I'm just going to tell myself to enjoy the run and see how it goes. I can always redo it right? Thanks for all the encouraging words.

Not what you're looking for?
