Week 6 / Run 3 done!

Hello all

Yesterday I tried and stopped at 16 minutes, full running gear and compression socks, today I thought lets ditch the compression socks and just put on the white sports socks (quite thick, the socks not me!) and this time I managed it, distance covered 1.79 miles. I know it is not the fastest pace (3mph) but for someone who struggled to run/jog/shuffle for 1 minute in week 1, I am quite chuffed with myself!

Pace doesn't matter at this stage, Stephen, so don't give it a second thought.

Well done!

Well done! Don't worry about pace at this stage, it will come in its own time. You are doing great, keep it up! Remember, if you are struggling, slow down, or you'll do more harm than good.
